Zurich is the largest city in Switzerland and it is located in the northern part of the country. It has over 400,000 occupants both local and others are from other countries either on business or on holiday. It has a lot of commercial centers and it is a budding city growing up each and every day. It has a lot of international organizations making it to be a buzz of activities all year round. It has road travel, railway
as well as air travel making it convenient for one to be able to access all parts of the country and the world in general. It is believed to be one of the leading cities in the financial sector and the thriving business can attest to this. It has a number of sky rocketing buildings that will greet you when you get to the city. This city was also named as one of the wealthiest cities in Europe and the accommodation and the way of life is very expensive compared to the other parts of the country. It also has a vast number of art galleries and museums that depict the rich history of the country. It is the heart of the country and lots of government agencies are placed here and other political bodies. Most of the city dwellers work in the offices and a lot are involved in the private sector.

The area receives oceanic climate and it has four seasons. Lots of tourists visit the place during the summer season as opposed to the winter period. The streets are vey crowded especially over the
weekend and one will need to use a taxi to go through. There is huge traffic of cars in the central business district especially over the weekdays and one will need to use alternative means of transports.
The culture of the people is very basic and they hare regarded to be the friendliest in the whole of Europe. They are always ready to assist when there is a problem making the visitors to feel really
welcomed.

The official language is German but there are other languages that are used like Spanish, English, French and Portuguese.
